What I really like about this series is that it gets better, more interesting and more complex as the story unfolds. There is more character development, more sexual tension, and the sex gets better as the connection between Erin and Blake deepens. There is also uncertainty and more insecurities that rear their ugly head(s). What I love here too is that the power imbalance shifts. Both Erin and Blake go through some torment and angst over their position in the other's life. There is a depth here that I enjoy in romance stories.
This story is very engaging and can't wait to see what happens next in the Blake and Erin romance saga.
